Configure Unity Connection System Call Handler to not allow caller to leave a message

Hi,

We are running UC 11.0.1 and CM 11.0.1

I have configured a Helpdesk hunt list in Call Manager and a System Call Handler in Unity.

If a caller reaches the end of the hunt list I want an announcement to play and then the call to hang up.

At the moment it plays the announcement but then prompts the caller to leave a message.

I am having trouble working out how to stop it from prompting the caller to leave a message.

Appreciate any help.

Go to the Greetings on the call handler and edit the greeting that will play when the call handler is hit. Change the "After Greeting Action" to "Hang Up", or you can have the After Greeting Action to send the call to the Goodbye Call Handler.
