Configuring BLF on CUCM 4.2

Hi,

I need to configure the BLF on 7960 to monitor another directory number...

I did the follow configuration:

- Phone button template (add a softkey to Call Park BLF)

- Device > IP phone is using the phone template correct

- Add a BLF on device > ip phone, but the new BLF botton is not available after update..

Can you help please?

Hi Jean,

Sadly...the only BLF config available in CUCM 4.2 (any release) is the Directed Call Park BLF

as described;

The built-in SD-BLF or simple BLF within CUCM was not added until the 5.x release

PS: in 4.2.x your best bet would be a "shared" line with the ringer selection of the DN silenced.
