Configuring Call Forwarding

I need to configure Call Forward No Answer for my Client's Main Line.

 

My desired goal, would be for the Main Line to ring for twelve seconds and then to attempt a forward to the Directory Numbers within a Line Group.

 

I have been reading a lot and I have found numerous ways to enable forwarding, but no really clear way on how to tie it all together. I have created a Hunt List and added my Line Group to it. Now I am reading about Hunt Pilot and I just am not sure which way I should proceed.

You almost configured what you want, you simply need

> Configure a line number to ring main line number for 12 sec and enable CFWA on the same line

> Enter the Hunt Pilot number as CFWA number in the first line

> You can simply ring the Hunt Pilot lines after this configurations.

 

Based on your requirement it seems like you don't have very complex dial plan in your infrastructure.

I was able to finish and test successfully yesterday, but did not have time to post my Resolution(below).

Created Hunt Pilot, Hunt List and Line Group

Placed Directory Numbers into Line Group

Associated Line Group to Hunt List

Associated Hunt List to Hunt Pilot

Applied Hunt Pilot Number to the Office Main Line Directory Number "Call Forward & Call Pickup Settings"

Test Call: Success!

 

Now I just need to Broadcast to all Directory Numbers in the Hunt List, instead of calling them one after another.
