I am preparing to configure Call Reporting on a Cisco 2821 router that runs CME 7.0(1). I plan on using an ftp server to hold the accounting records that are generated. Has anybody out there had good success with this method?
That will give you raw data storage only. if you want search and cost capabilities, you have to buy an application.
