confrence call disconnect

Hi all,

We have cucm 8.6 and 6945 ip phone .

Users r not able to do confrence call between internal or external user.

Point to point call workingfine.but  when they want to mske confrence call it disconnect

Kinfly provide me a needful solution

Hi

Do you have a software or hardware conference bridge? Do you have the same issue with only internal participants?

Can you enable the IP Voice Media Streaming App traces, reproduce the issue and attach them? Please let us know the exact timeframe and the numbers used.
