Connect fxs port on router to sip server

Hello All.

My name is Ramon, I am new in Cisco VOIP world.

I am having trouble connecting my fxs port to one of my customers sip server.

I try to do some research , and stumbled onto this thread https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12574946/cant-call-fxs-sip-phone

to find a basic setting for connecting an fxs port to a sip server. But I dont understand some of it.

I was given an IP for ex 172.16.1.1 and a sip account goes by number 70006. The sip server ip is 10.96.2.18.

I usually configured cisco router to connect fxs to fxs or fxo to fxs.Which is voice-port , dial peer pots and dial peer voip.

The ip 172.16.1.1 is on my loopback1 interface.

After some research, this is what i get :

voice service voip
 allow-connections h323 to sip
 allow-connections sip to h323
 h323
 sip
   outbound-proxy ipv4:10.96.2.18:5060
  g729 annexb-all

dial-peer voice 70006 pots
 destination-pattern 70006
 port 0/1/0

sip-ua
 credentials username 70006 password 7 15455B5C547C realm 70006
 authentication username 70006 password 7 15455B5C547C

I believe this configuration may need some other configuration such as dial peer voip

Is this configuration correct? Where do i assign my ip 172.16.1.1 on the loopback 1 interface, so the sip server knows that the connection is coming from that ip? since usually i only assign the session target ip , not the incoming ip.

if I want to call number 77701 which is also connected  to the sip server. What else do i need to add on my configuration?

Thank you very much for the attention.
