Connecting Cisco Call Manager to Office 365/Lync for Dialing

We are currently looking at Office 365 for Email and possibly Lync. If our organization were to go this route how do we allow dialing from Lync back to our Cisco Phone system and Vice Versa? Video as well.

Any thoughts on this?
