You need a voice gateway basically its a router and the gateway must have an ISDN PRI card. You will terminate the lines on voice gateway. Gateway will talk to CUCM using SIP/MGCP/H323 protocol.

Kindly reach out a local Cisco partner who is good in voice.

The server itself has no ability to connect to a ISDN circuit. You’ll need to use a router with the adequate interface type in it for this. Assuming that you are running Communication Manager on your server you’ll have a few different options for how to to interact with the router. Either you set it up as a gateway with either MGCP or H.323 as the control protocol or what is the currently most used option as a trunk that uses SIP as the control protocol. What you use is your preference.
