Connection failed on 7925G screen when receiving a call

Hi voice team, i have a problem on my custumer site, sometimes when a wireless phone 7925G or 7921G receive or made a call appears on the screen the message: Connection failed, and the person can´t answer or do the call.

 

Obs: Attached are the picture of the message (in portuguese).

Have you looked at the logs

Have you looked at the logs on the phone or on your controller/WCS/Wireless network? 

Are those call drops specific to an area with in your location? 

How is call quality on the rest of your VoWiFi experience?
