Contacts Directory Problem

Hi, 

I have CME and cisco phones. When I press on contat directory button on phone 7821 appears error and when I press on directories button on phone 7940 nothing appear, why and what is the solution ?

This seems to be a bug on the 7821..

Also ensure you have the type command set on the phones
