COP file, CSF CUCM 6.1(4)

I have a version 6.1 (4) to CUCM, and am working on the implementation of CUCIMOC and I'm not sure if I load or not the file ciscocm.installcsfdevicetype.cop for CSF device support.

No; per the release notes this is only required for 6.1(3).

The easiest way to tell is to log into CUCM Administration web page > Device > Phone > Add New.  From the "Phone Type" drop-down menu, look for "Cisco Unified Client Service Framework".

If you have that device type, you don't need to load COP file.

Hi everyone,

I have also uploaded the COP file to a CUCM 6.1(3). Now when I configure a phone I don't have the option to set the primary phone.

I also have a CUCM in Version 7.1(5) and there we have the option to use the primary phone.

Any ideas?
