I just migrated from a Nortel VoIP system (CS1000 with E1120 phones) to CUCM 8.6.2 with CP7942G phones and the stupid Plantronics headsets don't work. I read in another post about using a new piece below the breakaway:
I just wanted to verify that this would be different than the Nortel phone. Anyone have experience with a Nortel to Cisco migration using Plantronics wired headsets?
