Cordless phone dial issue

Hi

I have a cordless phone connected to PABX and PABX connected a voice gateway. As the cordless phone press the digits then press the 'Call' to send out number, one of the digit has been lost as below.  The 8 of 8453 will be lost.

68453 ---> Call

6 access voice gateway

8453 region extension

Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it ?

Hi ,

Could anyone help me to solve this problem ? My customer do not accept my voice gateway migration as the captioned issue. I would be grateful if you could give me a hand.
