Hi All,
I've been trying to find what presence states are able to be shown in the corporate directory on an IP Phone.
I have IM&P deployed and from the jabber client can see when a user is set to away/dnd/available/in call/etc but when searching for a contact using an IP Phone, I am only seeing available/in use.
When Jabber presence is showing as away, the IP Phone is showing as available..

What you're seeing is the right behavior, you DO NOT get the presence from jabber, you get the PHONE status.

Little disapointing that true presene isnt passed through for a UC solution..

This feature is meant to work without IM&P, that is why it only monitors the phone/device status which is registered to CUCM.
