1- I have a phone 6945 Load ID SSCP6945.9-3-1-3, CUCM version 9.1.
Phone is not showing corporate directory all other phones with the same firmware are working fine. (Enterprise Subscription is enbled)
2- Another phone with the same model and firmware is not showing Call History (Placed calls, Missed Calls, received Calls etc.) Enterprise subscription is enabled.
Can someone share any experience/thoughts on this.
Looks like you hitting this DDTs but its opened and your phone load is different

There are several phones with the same model and firmware but they are all working fine. Only two have been reported to have this issue. If it is bug , should't it hit every phone?
I had this happen and factory restoring the phones resolved the issue.

If only a couple of phones are affected then it looks to be a phone specific issue. You can try swapping the switchports of working and non working phones and also try a factory reset as suggested by Chris.
