Corporate Directory showing wrong extension

I have a user that's showing the wrong extension in the corporate directory (via phone Directories, Corporate Directory).  We're AD synchronized, so I know the wrong number was coming from AD.  But our AD folks fixed the number a few hours ago. However I confirmed (via the End User page) that it still lists the wrong extension.

Do you know how long AD to CUCM syncronization takes?  Is there a way to force a sync?

The default replication is 6 hours I believe. You can run a manual sync to force the update.

LDAP Synch replication is set in the LDAP deirectory page (Sysyem---LDAP----Directory). From there you can perform a manual sync and change the timer.

Hi Bill,

I just thought I would add a link to the great tips from Yosh and Gareth (+5)

You can now force a manual sync in order to synchronize the users

System> Ldap> Ldap Directory

and open the

Directory Integration Field

At the             bottom, click the Perform Full Sync Now button.

Cheers!

Thanks all (+5), but I'm missing the Perform Full Sync Now button. This is System version: 8.5.1.11900-21

You're in the LDAP system submenu... Go down one more to the LDAP directory submenu.

Gareth

That was it, thanks
