Corporate/Personal Directories Don't Display

I've had a hand full of users where if you try to access their Personal or Corporate Directory from their phone, nothing displays.  If I unplug the network cable from their phone, and then plug it back it, the directories display after the phone boots up.  Does anyone know why this is happening?  And if there is anything I can do to stop this from happening?  We are running Call Manager 6.1.4.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
