Hi.
Have you tried to regenerate certificates mentioned above?
Is the phone time synchr with CUCM?
Let me know
Regards
Carlo

The time is synchronize with cucm, I check under Operating System Administration System Status. If I will regenerate certificate i will not have problem with the cluster because this is an productions environment with 3.000 devices.
Thanks for replay

I regenerate Tomcat/vts then restart tomcat/vts database and nothing. After I reset the phone still receiving message connection failed.

Hey guys,
After I install the SCCP6945.9-3-3-2-SR1 firmware and restart sftp and the phones work both of them ( personal and corporate phone book).

Hi.
Very good news!
Older version alway work better than newer :)
5 stars to you
Cheers
