Could Anyone guide how do I activate Cisco VOIP Phone CP-8845

We are setting up CISCO VOIP Phone CP-8845  together with  Yeastar S300 (IPBX Server) +  Fanvil X3S Pro IP Phone.

Yeastar and Fanvil set up and all IPBX features are functioning. When CP-8845 Powered up, it shown a prompt message to key in Activation code or service domain as shown  per below.

Any one can suggest us where can we get activation code and how to make it work, please?  Truly Appreciate your value suggestion,

From the PID its a enterprise phone model, check the firmware. when using with yeastart it must be MPP versions. You can convert from enterprise to MPP which need a licenses else reach out to the partner who sold this phone and get a MPP version instead of enterprise.

M02@rt37’s suggestion is incorrect. The activation code is for provisioning against a supported Cisco call control platform, not licensing. Your Cisco reseller will not have an activation code. Follow @Nithin Eluvathingal‘s suggestion for converting to MPP firmware (not free) or return the phone and order the MPP SKU instead.

Reach out to the vendor or reseller from whom you purchased the Cisco IP Phone CP-8845. They should be able to provide you with the activation code. Your reseller may ask for specific details such as the phone's serial number or MAC address.
