Could you help me on how to add license for new ip-phone.

Dear Expert,

I would like to add new ip-phone on my cucm.
Currently, my cucm does not have a enough license for new one.
So, I bought additional license for new one.

I have done to add license to my cucm through ELM.
But, I have never done to add additional license for new one.

Could you help me on how to add license for new ip-phone.

First generate ELM license generate request from ELM and send it to licensing@Cisco.com along with PAK ID.

They will give you license file (.bin), that file you need to upload on ELM.

Generate license request: elm -> license management-> licenses -> other fulfillment options -> generate license request, copy all contents into a notepad (this is the file u need to send to Cisco along with pak).

Install incremental license file : elm -> license management-> licenses -> other fulfillment options -> fulfill license file ->.browse license file ->.install.
