CP-6941 Call Waiting in Call Manager Express

Hi,

Does anyone know if the latest CP-6941 firmware for Call Manager express supports call waiting?

Hi Bryan

Unfortunately not. There are a few posts on this forum about the 6900s and call waiting.

6900s only support a single call per button (the second call can only be used for call transfer).

If you want the equivalent of call waiting, you have to assign a new DN to a spare button on the phone, and call forward busy to that.

Thanks Barry,

I know this has been resolved on Call Manager by upgrading the firmware on the phone, Just not sure I want to take a chance of Cisco doing this for Call Manager Express.

Does anyone know what is happening with the ATA187 and Call Manager express, still waiting for this to be supported.
