My CP-7821 phone will not register.
I am attaching my Router 3945 15.4(3)M3 CME 10.5 config and my switch config.
My phone cp-7821-k9= v04, s/w must use 10.3(1) or later. Phone active load is sip78xx.11-5-1SR1-1 and firmware on CME is sip78xx.10-3-1-12.loads.
I have uploaded the zip files and not the cmterm-78xx.10-3-1-12.k3.cop.sgn.
The phone takes IP but won't register. I turned on debugging and attached it in the end of the document and all I get is TCP debugging the registration process doesn't even start.

Normally the phone should take the firmware in CME. According to Hardware version 04 the firmware sip78xx.10-3-1-12.loads is recommended.
Maybe something wrong with the config. Any help would be appreciated.
