cp-7900 series phone ip missing

If you reset the phone by software and reboot, the ip setting will be lost. TFTP is set as it is.

The version in use 

CUCM 11.5.1.17900-52

IP Phone (Firmware SCCPXX.9- 4-2SR3-1S)

I have the same problem.

When the IP phone is reset, the IP address, Default-gateway, and Subnet mask settings are lost.

So if you set the IP again and reset it again, it will happen the same.

The IP phone model is the 79XX series.
