Hello
I have one 7911G-V08 phone where its coming "CP-7911G Diagnostics(v10.02.00.14) on the display at the top and in bottom its coming Cisco System where all the other phones in the network is working fine. I tried to do the default factory settings but of no use .The phone seems to be stuck there only.Anyone have any idea what is the problem and how to resolve it.

Hello Alex,
Thanks for reply.I tried with DHCP,its not upgrading and its not possible to give any static IP as um not able to go to settings not a single key is working.
