CP-7940 Phone unable to register on UC540

Hi:

I newly configure an Cisco UC-540 for an small company. After reload last night, all local phone cannot register. The only registered phone are on remote office and other subnet. Does anyone coould give me come recommandations?

Packet captures?  Debug ephone register output?  What troubleshooting have you done?

Please advise step for packet captures?

I did restart the UC540. One question, I found the "Cisco Configuration Assistant" --> Configure --> Switching --> IP Address. But there are no IP address shows on vlan 100. Which is default subnet for ip phone.

And I also have two phone register from other subnet (in same office). It works fine. All other phone register from remote office throuogh Cisco ASA VPN tunnel also register success. What could cause the issue?
