CP-8800-Audio on CME v12 - Help needed!

Hello,

On the CLI, in voice register pool:

I choose "type 8851 addon 1" but the only choices are BEKEM and CKEM. 

I tried both BEKEM and CKEM but neither one makes the KEM's turn on. 

When I reset the phone a message displays saying "The phone is not setup for this accessory."

How do I get the CP-8800-Audio 28 button KEM to work with an 8851 on CME?

Any suggestions appreciated!

The answer is:

"For Unified CME 12.3 and prior releases, KEM support is limited to C-KEM and BE-KEM device types. From Unified CME Release 12.5, Key Expansion Module (KEM) device types A-KEM (Audio) and V-KEM (Video) are supported for Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series."
