Hi,

I am trying to login MRA through Expressway, but login screen does not appear.

The wireless connection is established, but the screen does not appear and I can not log in.
How do I sign in to MRA?

Thanks.

No idea where that comes from, unless you can show the source from that as being directly from a Cisco source, the public documentation (and the fact that you don't get the MRA login) show that it's not compatible.

Shall we assume that the MRA service is operational for other devices? Do you use the latest firmware on the 8821?

The 8821 does NOT support MRA, it's not listed as a supported device in the MRA configuration guide.

Hi

This feature is requested by customers and they use jabber-smartphone instead.

Do you plan to implement this feature 8821-MRA in a near future ?

Is it in your todo list or is it too difficult in due to real-time constraints ?

regards
