I discovered the CP-8831 cannot press the JOIN key to make the other incoming call as the join conference, when the CP-8831 have a concurrent conference processing.
Actually, I tried the adding conference calls.
Phone-A is calling CP-8831 (& will join Phone-B as conference as below:
Method 1: Call out Phone-B conf. from 8831 button: Conf > (Place call) > Conf
Method 2: Phone-B call in conf. to 8831: (Coming Call) > Ans. > Conf. > Call. > Conf.
This is very uncomfortable for us to use the Conf. on CP-8831?
1. Why I cannot modify the phone button location on CP-8831? e.g. moving "Conf" botton on the first page? All Cisco SIP IP-Phone cannot modify the soft button location?
2. Is it possible to enable the JOIN button on 8831?
3. Any simple methods to make the 8831 incoming/outgoing other calls as conference?
