CP 8831 no conference soft key

Hello , 

i have CP 8831 conference phone , but i cant see conference soft key when connected to a call and also there no option to dial 2nd call. 

please advise .

check is your phone has been assigned conference resources (thru device pool)  and make sure it is allowed to make more than one call on the actual line (maximum number of calls on the line >1 , under line config of the phone).
