Hi All,

I have two CP-8831.

All two request encrypted configs (.sgn).

I would like change the firmware on unit, because those not compatible the keypad V02.

Possible switch off the encrypted config request?

No have a CUCM, just a simple TFTP server.

Of course I factory rested the units.

Cisco Unified IP Conference Phone 8831 is a Cisco IP Phone 8800 Series phone - e.g. enterprise kind of product, not Small Business one. Thus this thread is off-topic in Small Business Voice Systems community. I will move it to more appropriate place. I hope someone will respond here.
