Hi all,
When I can install CP-8861 with 3 KEM and connect AC using CUBE4, the 2 and 3 KEM cannot on but 1 is on. The LAN cable is connected to a non-poe cisco switch. Can I know if I need connect the LAN cable to a POE switch ?
Cheers

I believe phone can power one KEM
Have you assigned all three KEM module on the phone page?
You can refer to below doc and it says Cisco IP phone power cube 4 is suppored
You can try POE switch ,we had similar issue where it was issue with POE switch issue but in your case POWER CUBE 4 supplying DC should also do the job.

Thanks Deepak,
Thanks for your information.
I assign all three KEM in the phone page. However, The 2nd and 3rd KEM cannot be up when I attached all three KEM to the CP8861. Only the 1st KEM can be up.
In CP8861, I connect the power CUBE 4 only to provide the power. The switch port of the phone is connected to the LAN switch without POE.
Thanks
