Does anyone know the file name that is populated in the "Load Information" field on the Device Defaults page of CUCM 7.1.5 for an 8945 SCCP phone for firmeware cmterm-8941_8945-sccp.9-3-1-19.cop.sgn?

I don't have that exact firmware on my system, but based on other versions I've got, I'd assume a loadname of

SCCP894x.9-3-1-19

The way to find for sure, is go to https://x.x.x.x/cmplatform on your TFTP server, Software Upgrades -> TFTP File Management. Search for files with 894x in the name. Look for the file that ends with ".loads" and use it's name (excluding the .loads suffix)

be carefull with this version its buggy, the directory button does not work also if your using IPCC the phone no longer shows the login screen
