create reports on phone calls

I'm trying to use the CUCM CDR Analysis and Reporting. I want to create a report that will show calls to an extension. The report should show the number of calls to that extension, the average duration, and the number of missed calls. This also includes Hunt Pilots. I haven't found a way to customize a report to what I'd like. Any suggestions?

CAR only provides canned reports that you cannot customize, if they do not fit your needs, you'd need to buy a 3rd party billing app, or to build your own app to process the CDR flat files and get the info.
