Creating an opeing greeting in CCM and CUCM

                   I'd like to create a system that plays a Personal Recording before forwarding the call to Hunt pilot. I can't see a way in CUCM to pass the call onto a directory numbe on CCM rather than a CUCM user/callhander/directory handler etc.

Is it possible?

Thanks a lot Jaime, would you be able to give some advise about ordering licences for BE6000 ?

I'm not sure if using 'UCL Enhanced ' would do the job or 'UWL Standard '. About 25 users would be using voicemail, and also the main customer care blast group would be using voicemail.

Also as we're migrating from UC560, I read that there is a migration licence, but not sure how and what.

My current order was

BE6K-ST-BDL-K9=
BE6K-START-UCL25
BE6K-UCL-ENH

Or should it be BE6K-START-UWL25, BE6K-UWL-BE ?

Hi everyone, a bit late but thought worth mentioning you can do this using External Call Control and CURRI on cucm version 8 onwards.
