i am using CCUM 10.X and wonder how can I generate report including users full name extension and external calling mask

Have you looked at CDR reporting on the servicability page as yet.

Follow the following to enable it under enterprise parameters:

The reports are not very detailed and can be exported as CSV or PDF. You can can use Imagicle Billy Blues if you want a more detailed report.

There is no native reporting to give you that, at best, you'll get the userID if it's associated to the device (on one report), you'd need to map two reports, or do this via SQL query on CLI
