critical error on CME

Hello all,

i have a problem with of registration ip phone SIP (7841-8851) on ISR 4351/K9.the problem is when i power off the gateway.

the ip phone Keeps the same interface without rebooting.when i power  on the gateway , I have every time to reset the ip phones so that they

function. 

can you help me please the resolve this issue .

It encloses the configuration file and the version of the gateway ISR.

help me please it's very urgent.

Hi Akram, 

I have faced many abnormal issues with the SIP phones registering to the Cisco CME. But most of my issues got solved using this method. 

Check your CME version by #show telephony-service. Then downgrade or upgrade the Cisco IP Phone firmware as compatible with the same version. I am giving you the example of my scenario which I did back then. I was using the same ISR4300 Router with CME 10.5. I downgraded my IP phone firmware to match this guide...

As I see your Phone firmware, they are among the latest like mine. But after downgrading the firmware as in the sheet, my issues were resolved Alhamdulillah.

and i have firmware 10.3.1

what i can do to resolve this issue

Can you share me the #show telephony-service output? 

There is no 10.3.1 in the compatibility matrix page for the CME. Maybe you can check with the 10.0 version. Or you can double check your CME version and then choose from the following link.

The different iOS versions for ISR 4351 can be found here. I will sugggest to download the latest suggested by the Cisco because many bugs are fixed and it has latest features.

The upgrade of iOS is same like others. You can follow the below guide to upgrade the iOS of your router which will have the updated CME.

Can you please attach o/p of "show voice register global", and please take these logs during issue "debug ccsip message", "debug ccsip error" & "debug voice register events" and attach here.

I would upgrade the cme/ios version on router to latest available version if not done yet.
