We have CRM Dynamics 2011 ,CUCM 7.1.5,ccx express 7.x
I see that call connector is end of sale , so the only solution now is with ccx ??
What is your opinion , what do you adviced
Do you have any docs about the integration , etc?

Just to understand
1) We dont need any third party application like AMC?
2) We need to configure agent desktop only?
3) Is it possible to work with the above scenario with ccx express 7.x (Licenses are Cisco Unified CCX Premium)
