CSF Device not registering with CUCM 10.x

Hello all

I have added a new CSF device for a CUCILync user. I have associated the correct end user with the device and configured the correct tftp details for my subscriber

Any ideas welcome

Are you able to login or are you getting any errors when you attempt to login from CUCILync?

What version of CUCILync are you using?

I will need to check again in the morning but a I think the CUCILnyc manages to sign in ok....version.9.

Can you post the cucilync logs from local machine?

I have checked in the CUCILync folder but cannot see any updated log files in there. Should I be looking elsewhere?

The exact version of CUCILync is 9.7.(3)
