CTI port getting stuck

Hello Guys,

I am facing issue with the CTI port, when ever people call from APAC [not local] the CTI port stays but after sometime it goes into a dead tone, IVR works fine for local calls, the issue is getting resolved after resetting the transcoder on CUCM. Any advice on this is helpful, thnx in advance
