We have a IPCC setup where where agents are not ready call goes to Generic Voice Mail
in Agent Lines we configured line 1 with Extn & line to with VM for all agents ..In which Line 2 of all agents is same
Now we are planning to create a CTI Route point for Voice mail..need here help for configuration part on Unity connection so that all agents can read Voice mails
CTI part configuration i am familiar...what to do at Unity end ..so that when we remove all agents second line of Voice mail & they can access VM by Phone VM button
