Hello,I need some help tracking down an issue.I have a hunt group that I setup a long time ago that just stopped working, it stopped forwarding calls to the number for no login, full queue ext..Upon further investigation, the CTI route point for this number isn't registering in CUCM anymore. Any ideas why it would stop working after years?
Is that CTI route point used by a CTI application?
CUACA for example?
Because otherwise, CTI RPs will never register, and that's expected.
The CTI route point goes into Cisco Unity for a call handler to take over.
Then it's not associated to a CTI application and it will not register, you need to troubleshoot your call routing in CUCM and CUC to confirm it works as you want it to.
