Hello,

One of our customer is suing CUAC 11 and they are facing few issues like sometimes the incoming call stays on CUAC and the receptionist cannot able to pick that call or divert to the extension and whole computer got freeze and after few minutes it comes to normal. During that time no incoming calls and sometimes user had to restart the computer.

Another issue like when the receptionist tries to transfer the call to extension it doesn't happen and the whole thing got freeze. Its happening randomly.

I am new to CUAC and tried to analyze the ICD logs but did not get anything useful.

Can anyone suggest what things to be checked regarding CUAC issues.

Thanks

Sathya
