In a new Cisco UC project, we have CUCM/Unity Connection/IMP/Expressway and CUAC standard.
The pre-installed software for CUCM/CUC/IMP is on version 12.0 and they were up and running.
The Attendant Console Standard was delivered via e-Delivery and is on version 11.X
Our problem is:
- We failed in the integration of Attendant Console version 11 with Call Manager version 12. The CUAC standard couldn't talk to CUCM during the software installation.
- Download and installed an Attendant Console standard version 12. The integration with Call Manager version 12 was successful. But we can’t register this Attendant console version 12 against the license key (version 11.x) .
Do you have any idea how can I deal with this situation?
