CUBAC Forced Delivery issue

Hello,

I'm having an issue with forced delivery on CUBAC.

I have one operator and 1 queue set for forced delivery

Queued calls are not set to be put on hold

If the operator is on a call and another call comes in, she sees the call in the queue. After about 10-15 seconds the call then drops down to the active call list. At this time she can't do anything in CUBAC with the call she is talking on other than disconnect the call. No hold, park etc.

I've tried changing the busy trigger on the phone to 1 but that just ends up using the CFB settings of the phone when the call drops in to the active calls list.

Is there any way to keep that second and subsequent calls in the Queued calls list and not have them go to active calls?

Figured it out. CTI ports had CFNA set to extension on the phone.
