CUBAC queue association

hello,

i've a cubac version 8.0.3.9 and i want to associate an operator with a defined queue. but when i select "user configuration" -> "operator management" -> then i select a suitable operator, there is no queue association area as should be (according the page 5-40 in cubac web admin guide).

any suggestion?

The ability to associate users to queues is only in CUEAC.

CUBAC doesn't have this capability.

The ability to assign users to a CUBAC queue is now available in the latest version.
