CUBE HSRP SETUP Issue

I have the following topology:

CUCM --> HSRP Virtual IP --> CUBE A - active ----------->  SBC

                                             CUBE B - standby    

when i have "network connectivity" issues between the active cube and standby cube. Standby cube becomes active as expected, but when the connectivity is resolved. The standby CUBE is stuck in active mode and the active cube is also in active mode.

so basically CUBE A is active and CUBE B is also active, again this only happens when there is network connectivity between both CUBES.

this only happenes if there are network connectivity issues, any other scenario the standby router does a self reboot and reverts to being the standby.

I have preempt enable on the standby router

any thoughts ?

Dont have that yet, well have to recreate the issue. The Problem is that the CUBE in production.

If i can recreate the issue, any other debugs or show commands you'd like to see ? since i cant do it at will
