CUBE inbound caller-id issue

Odd issue--new CUBE implemented, same configuration as several others i've implemented with no issue, same provider.  What i'm getting though is on the new trunk, the DID of the phone shows up as the inbound caller-id...haven't seen anything like this before, not sure where the issue is.  SIP trunk through a different CUBE, same provider, same CM cluster--caller-id works fine.

Any thoughts?
