Is it possible for an incoming dialpeer to use T38 redundancy and the outbound to not use redundancy? From my understanding CUBE cannot inter work T38 to passthrough, but I'm unable to located if it can inter work redundancy levels.
For instance:
dial-peer voice 150 voip
description Inbound from CUCM
fax protocol t38 ls-redundancy 5 hs-redundancy 2 fallback pass-through g711ulaw
!
dial-peer voice 151 voip
description Outbound to carrier
fax protocol t38 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback pass-through g711ulaw

Hi,
Could you please elaborate a bit more in detail what is the end result you want to achieve?

I want faxes to use T38 with redundancy internally, and then to use T38 without redundancy when faxes leave my CUBE to the carrier.

Hi, for my experience the "redundancy internetworking" is not directly handled by cisco gw.
The behaviour is the same for the T.38 - passthrough scenario.
You can do this using a TDM loop, e.g. a E1 loop.
I used this trick in the past to handle t.38 - passthrough conversion without issues.
--------------------------------
T.38 -------------->| cisco GW with E1 loop|-->--
| | | TDM loop
| |--<--
passthrough--<--|___________________|
Regards.
