Cube Question

HI

I have a cisco 2921 router acting as our Cube and on Friday the power to the data center went out. All the devices restarted and I thought everything was fine. But users started calling me saying that they could make outbound calls but couldn't receive incoming calls. I restarted the Cube and it fixed the issue and I wanted to now does anyone know what would case this. Thanks in advance and I look forward to your replies.

Maybe a stuck voice process which might have happened due to the power outage. Without logs there is nothing much that can be deduced. There can be numerous reasons.

I'll remember this for the next time it happens again, I just checked my logs and they are only showing time starting at 18:00 to 23:00
