CUBE sends SIP Cancel to CUCM

Hello ,

CUCM => (SIP) => CUBE => ISDN(E1) (PSTN)

Inbound calls suddenly stopped work. Router receives the call on POTS dial-peer , sends to CUCM via SIP. Once the router receives Trying and Ringing from CUCM , it immediately sends Cancel to CUCM with Reason: Q.850;cause=47.

Attaching debugs.

Would appreciate your help,

Thanks in advance

Ilyas

Hi Ritesh,

Thanks for reply.

Calling number : 502892796

Called : 5655620

There is only one inbound call in all debug files.

@ilyas.safarov have looked at the logs you uploaded.

between CUCM and Voice Router you have SIP trunk.

Before the CANCEL event, below is the error being reported.

Sending CANCEL to the transport layer
Jul 7 08:46:54.675: //1648807/3E46959A8127/SIP/Transport/sipSPITransportSendMessage: msg=0x66B8C2C0, addr=192.168.3.10, port=5060, sentBy_port=0, local_addr=, is_req=1, transport=1, switch=0, callBack=0x347EA070

Make sure your SIP trunk between Voice Router and CUCM is UP. I suspect voice router is unable to communicate with CUCM 192.168.3.10, port=5060.
